About Application
The process water, which is usually extracted from a river, cannot be fed directly into the turbine loop until it has been treated. It has to undergo cleansing through filtering systems and ionizers. The raw water has contaminants that can cause long-term buildup. To protect against overfilling the tank or dry running of the pump regular monitoring is necessary. Wireless system can monitor the level of water in feed water tank directly from control room here sensor will continuously sense the level of water and send these signal to wireless through antenna .
Wireless transmitters enable end user to obtain data and create information from remote locations without the need to run wires, as running wires is a very costly affair as compared to having a wireless system.
One more important thing is that we can install the wireless system in very less time, say within an hour where as the wired system takes too much time to execute the entire process (it may take 10 days to cover the distance up to 4/5 km).
Even if we don’t have a power supply at the destination, we can still run the wireless system with the help of battery along with the solar panel so that the battery will be full charged every time. And therefore there will not be any disturbance in data monitoring.
We are providing easy and simple installation of wireless system on existing infrastructure. Most important thing is that we are providing the range of wireless system up to 25 km (line of sight) so it is advisable to transfer data wirelessly. Here the sensors sense the condition of cranes and then they send the signals to the wireless through antenna and then we can monitor all these cranes’ data at the control room directly. Wireless system offers many advantages over wired systems that can improve operational efficiency in monitoring while reducing costs. Wireless system is more cost-effective and versatile than traditional manual gauges.
