<p>To guarantee interruption-free and high quality clinker production in Cement Plants, the clinker cooler must have a continual supply of cooling air. The Sensor will detect a rise in temperature at the ventilators’ bearings and will indicate the data to the Control room through Wireless System which is normally an indication of wear or damage. Consequences include increased lubrication consumption, bearing play and total failure. The continual monitoring of the bearing temperature enables early intervention and preventive maintenance to be conducted, reducing downtime and production failures.</p>

<p>Wireless System will indicate the information for the maintaining the temperature given by the Sensor. Wireless transmitters enable end user to obtain data and create information from remote locations without the need to run wires, where running wires are very costly as compared to wireless system.</p>
<p>One more important thing is we can install the wireless system in very less time say within a hour where as the wired system takes too much time to execute the entire process (it may take 10 days to cover the distance up to 4/5 km). Even if we don’t have a power supply at that destination we can run the wireless system with the help of battery along with the solar panel so that the battery will be full charged every time and therefore there will not be disturbance in data monitoring.</p>
<p>We are providing easy and simple installation of wireless system on existing infrastructure. Most important thing is that we are providing the range of wireless system up to 25 km (line of sight) so it is advisable to transfer the data wirelessly. Here the sensors sense the condition of cranes and then it sends this signal to the wireless through antenna and then we can monitor all these cranes’ data at the control room directly.</p>
<p>Wireless system offers many advantages over wired systems that can improve operational efficiency in monitoring while reducing costs. Wireless system is more cost-effective and more versatile than traditional manual gauges.</p>

When this occurs, the edge of the conveyor belt overshoots the support rollers. Material can be lost or in extreme cases, the belt is derailed. Sensors on both sides of the conveyor belt monitor the lateral movements of the belt and send a warning before belt drift occurs. Here there are two trolleys from which the belt condition is operated manually. The half distance is covered by trolley number one and the next half distance is covered by the second trolley.</p>
<p>But whenever the fault (breaking of conveyor) or any unwanted situation occurs on conveyor belt then from this trolley they can only inform to the control room that there is a fault by telecommunication after that the action will be taken. Till that the conveyor belt may be damage drastically. To avoid this damage of conveyor belt and to overcome the economical loss we are providing the wireless solution. By wireless system we can do the wear and tear detection of conveyor belt continuously as well as we are giving solution for emergency stop of conveyor belt.</p>

Because of this there will be a disturbance in data monitoring.</p>

This flow meter gives the monitoring data to the transmitter and then this data will be send wirelessly to the receiver which is placed in industry here we can see the everyday consumption of water directly from control room of industry on real time.</p>
